The person whose signature is being notarized must: 1) Be of sound mind, 2) Have a current government-issued picture identification, 3) Be 18 years of age or older, and 4) Speak and understand English.

Many documents need to be notarized, including Deeds, Vehicle Titles, Contracts, Power of Attorney, Real Estate Documents, Medical Documents, Marriage / Divorce Documents, Adoption Paperwork, Acknowledgements, Jurats, Copy Certification, Witness Signatures, and Many more..

I'm available 24/7, including holidays and weekends. Spur of the moment signings are based on availability, but I can usually accommodate notarizations with little notice.

I come to a location convenient to you, including Homes, Senior Living Communities, Hospitals, Business Offices, Law Offices, Airports, Courthouses, Coffee Shops (My favorite!) and Hotels. Additionally, I offer a discount if you come to my location.

How to Arrange a Notarization:
1) Make sure you have all the completed documents needing notarized
2) Review the document to determine if witnesses are needed. (I can provide witnesses, additional fee applies)
3) Verify that your current government-issued picture ID is not expired.
4) Review the FAQ section on the homepage of this website.
5) Call or text 859.333.2376, or complete the online form.

Lexington-based Rates are as follows:
- Inside New Circle Road: $60
- Outside New Circle Road (Subdivision): $75
- Outside New Circle Road (Rural): $85
- If you come to my location: $35
These rates include 1-notarized signature, $5 for each additional. There is a $20 upcharge after 9pm; and a $100 upcharge after 11pm. Waiting time past 15-minutes is $2 per minute. No additional fee for weekends or holidays.
These rates are general guidelines only, and are subject to change based on time expended, expenses (i.e. parking fees), and circumstances.
